Shipping and Delivery:


Your orders will be dispatched within 3to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary for select special items. For precise delivery estimates, kindly refer to the product detail pages.


Returns and Exchanges:


All items available for purchase on our website are meticulously crafted to order and, as such, are not eligible for returns. This policy is explicitly articulated on the individual product detail pages.


Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for products that have been tried on or purchased at our physical store locations.


We understand that sizing and preferences may occasionally vary. Therefore, we extend the courtesy of a one-time size and model exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


To initiate an exchange request, kindly forward an email to, including the reason for the exchange. Be sure to include your full name and order code in the subject line of the email.


Please be advised that products returned for exchange without prior email notification will not be processed.


Upon receipt of your exchange request, you will receive an email response containing our central office address, as well as our customer code with DHL or Yurtici Cargo for your return shipment.


Should you opt to use a different courier service other than DHL or Yurtici Cargo, kindly note that all shipping costs shall be your responsibility.


You may conveniently drop off your package at the nearest DHL or Yurtici Cargo branch, making reference to the DHL or Yurtici Cargo customer code received via email. Ensure you retain your tracking number for reference.


Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility for exchange, we will promptly dispatch the replacement product to you at no additional cost.


Please note that in-person exchanges for online orders are not facilitated at our physical stores.


Products failing to meet the exchange criteria will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.


Exchange Criteria:


Exchanges may be executed on a one-time basis, with no provision for subsequent exchanges.


Products that display evidence of use, lack their original condition, or are devoid of attached tags will not qualify for exchange.


Items displaying damage attributed to use (e.g., tears, deformities, breakage) will not be eligible for exchange.


Products that have been tried on with heavily scented perfumes or may have markings due to deodorant application are not eligible for exchange.


Exchanges will not be permitted for complimentary or promotional items included as part of an order. For exchanges involving items from a set, all constituent items within the set must be returned together. Individual exchanges for items within a set are not permissible. Should a single item from a set be submitted for exchange, Drejani will not process the exchange and will require the return of all items from the set to facilitate an exchange.


The responsibility for the package remains with you until it reaches the designated exchange address. Drejani assumes no liability for packages damaged or lost during transit. We kindly advise ensuring that your packages are securely packaged and dispatched via a traceable and insured courier service.
